Tobias has been working since 2003 in the institutional real estate business. among others he set. up. the institutional fund management of Wealthcore Investment Management, was Managing Director of Wealthcore Financial Services GmbH, Authorized officer and deputy. team leader institutional fund management at Real I.S. AG. He previously worked as a manager for BMO Real Estate and in the IVG Immobilien AG group in Bonn, Wiesbaden and London active.
Milestones were among others. the development and management of various pan-European real estate funds (> EUR 1,0 Mrd.) according to KAGB, the assessment of the acquisition of the Karstadt portfolio (EUR 1,3 Mrd.), the LMA syndicated financing of Parkview Hilton Hotels, Vienna, the methodical concept & development of software applications for various capital management companies.

Gregor was in his approx. 15-years of career in various functions of the asset & Investment management for institutional funds- and asset manager, u.a. of Hannover Leasing and Real I.S. AG, the real estate fund subsidiary of Bayerische Landesbank. Most recently, Gregor was responsible for the acquisition as Senior Director Investment Management at Wealthcore.
Milestones were among others. the administration & launch of closed real estate fund products in Germany and Europe, the acquisition of residential- and commercial real estate in Germany and Europe (transaction volume: approx. EUR 1 Mrd.), setup of a concept and cash flow model for a real estate mezzanine fund.
